Every advisor's working day side by side. Green is working time and yellow is a break, with the break times written next to it. The top row counts how many advisors are available at each half hour.
Update my times
Choose your name, then set your hours and breaks for each date, week by week. You can also upload a screenshot of your rota to fill in a whole month. Everyone on the team sees saved changes straight away.
Everyone signed in as staff can update any advisor's times, so please only change your own unless you are helping a colleague.

Manage advisors
Add a new advisor, change someone's name or role, or remove an advisor who has left. Advisors then set their times under "Update my times".
